“SHOWCASE”Mag/Dir..Inc.,  the first black female owned publication of this kind in the Cape May County, Middle Township New Jersey area designed to keep you informed of services, information and resources available to you and our neighbors along with helping new entrepreneurs in reaching a wider audience.

The goal is to showcase the best and the vigilant . This publication highlights each business or organization with a short bio, picuture, services offered.

Currently “SHOWCASE” Mag/Dir..Inc. a bi-monthly publication is being filled with businesses and or organizations (and a personal story or two that encourages another in working and finishing those goals with much adversity but triumph in the end) from state to state.

            I was born and raised in Whitesboro, New Jersey.  I completed my formative years of education in Cape May County and am currently on pursuit in earning my Master’s Degree in Business/Public Administration.

During this journey called “my life”, I’ve discovered that my purpose is to help motivate others to their highest level of achievement.  Because of this new found knowledge, the transforming effect it ha s  had  on my life, my Showcase is born.

            The experience that comes by being a mother, grandmother, sister, friend and Auntie, has served only to heighten the importance of this responsibility and its execution.  It is an ideology that was clarified for me  when I gained a personal relationship with my God, who showed me that daily survival and the material things of this world have more to do with personal elevation, as opposed to witnessing and embracing the spirit filled presence evident in everything we give, do and say and everyone who crosses our path, on a  daily basis. Choosing the later completely changed my life and its’ direction.

            My destiny visible, my life’s purpose clearly defined, I am able now to wholly appreciate every storm I weathered and every bit of joy that crossed my heart, in order to reach this place.  Having been one who pretty much played behind the scenes, not being much of a talker, more of a thinker, invisible if you will, it occurred to me how much I had gained and how absolutely selfish it would be to withhold such important information.  Silent then, I observed, analyzed and resolved in my head.   Today I am happy with who I’ve become and ready to share that wealth of knowledge and direction, most of which I pray, will only serve to enrich the lives of others.

            I accept and embrace that I hail from royalty, the King of kings.  I bask in the reality that I am of Him who is Lord over all, and I accept without guilt the gift of abundance that is promised to me.  I am no longer afraid to dream and believe me, I dream large and I dream lots…I ask for what it is I want, and I am specific.  He has obliged me many times, maybe not all at once and often not immediate, but always on time.   Let me share with you my WONDER:  Besides Showcase, I have founded the SEED Foundation (See Every Effort Develop). I am CEO/Co-President, with my brother Thomas Bethune, of BSB (Brother, Sister, Brother LLC).  I serve as Administrative Support for Cape Atlantic Integrated Network for Kids (CMO)  publisher  YC “Your Community” website.  I am a member of the  (NBBTA) National Black Business Trade Association,  Women Entrepreneur of America Inc.., National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), Website Administrator for Wealthy ChristianWomen .  How’s that for proving the devil is a liar hmmmm?  Not one to toot my own horn but….excuse me…toot toot!   So folks, this phoenix is risin’…..wish me well….watch for me……..better yet………join me.  I’m going to truly be here for you.

Showcase may be founded by an African American Woman, but Showcase is about the entire community…and striving to bring resources together in helping to bridge the gap that keeps us from helping one person at a time..
